Real simple: Take a phrase from the show and use it entirely different from how it was used before.
Quinn rolled her eyes. Why did she have to get stuck with Upchuck as a partner in Home Ec. Even Tiffany would have been a much better choice then Upchuck, even if she would then have had to do all the work. Quinn sighed and turned back to the table. Upchuck was having problems yet again. Quinn guessed he didn't spend much time in the kitchen.
"I don't understand, my sweet," said Charles. He was trying to hit on her while doing the assignment. Well, Quinn thought, she had to give him points for that. "After we're finished boiling the strawberries, what are we suppose to do with them?"
Quinn lifted a glass jar from the table. Hadn't they already covered this in class. She held out the jar towards Upchuck.
"Can it, Upchuck!"
