A spammer who tells the truth?

I was going to call this post "The irony of spam" but when I did a lookup of the 89.74.32.88 IP address that it came from, I discovered that it really was from Poland. Almost hit the publish button when I saw that. I mean how often does a spammer actually tell the truth?

I wonder how successful the spammer is?
