Cache anyone?

Hmmm, my Gravatar avatar still hasn’t kicked in yet. I wonder how long it normally takes for it to be turned on or if I did something wrong. Anyway, it appears that the latest version of WordPress has fixed the security issues with the cache on the back end. I’ve gone ahead and turned it on here and with the webcomic. Hopefully that will speed things up a bit. To do it on your own site, I found the instructions here. All you have to do is add the following line to your wp-config.php file: define(‘ENABLE_CACHE’, true); There’s a plugin to double check the install that I might install later on. And for those users who visit the blog here, you don’t have to worry about it. 🙂 Hope this helps, -drmike

New Stuff: Digg and and Gravatars, oh my!

Ok, we now have and links on all of the articles. If you have one of those accounts and enjoy an article here, please feel free to post those articles to those services.
Also I’ve gone ahead and added in Gravatars. Those are those little pictures you see beside the comments. Hopefully you’ll enjoy them if you use that service as well. It’s sort of like an avatar for bloggers. Mine’s still pending.
Oh and yes. We have a forum set up at if you want to stop by and visit. It was going to be for the site. More about that tomorrow.
Thanks again for visiting,
