Writing....

Working on Chapter 6 of my Daria - Star Frontiers Cross Over. Maybe I'll actually get some of it done today.

"Wow, Daria. Nice roll of the critical hit. Couldn't have been a better time to roll a double zero. I thought I might have to draw up a new character."

June 23rd is FreeRPG Day. Run by one of the listed gaming stores to pick up for free RPG Game. I've got one by me (which I didn't even know it was there) so I'll be stopping by.

AT-AT Walker Colossal Pack
How's this for a miniature? Stands over a foot tall and is sized to match the sizes of your other Star Wars miniatures. Or screw that and send it against that invading Orc army in Dungeons and Dragons. :)
Just a quick public thank you to BlogLily. She picked up the four *.pdf's I had listed on my wishlist and had RPGNow send me the links so I could download them. As some of you know, I lost all of my old books and gaming material when Angie split back in 1999. I've been slowly rebuilding my collection but it's a pain. Some of the stuff I've been able to get off of ebay but it's been hit and miss on titles as well as scam artists.

If I've helped you in the past and you would like to do something nice for me, RPGNow does Gift Certificates in $10 amounts. The address to send them in RPGNow's system is tdjcbe ( at ) gmail ( dot ) com or the account number #99553. Heck, you can even follow that link I have there to eBay as it's an affliate link and I get a few pennies from it if you bid or even sign up with them.

My thanks again to BlogLily. :)
I'm going to play a cheerleader. :)

I found a collection of BattleTech episodes from the series so I threw them up at a blog over at daria.be.

I noticed something though while I was doing it though. Within the 30 minutes or so it took to get the videos posted, it had already been visited by the Google and Yahoo search engine spiders.

Hmmm....

And folks complain about how they never get indexed.

Alien Assault Traders is now once again up and running. Still running the 2.1 code as the .3 beta is still not available for download. I'll go back later this week and work on adding in some mods and themes for it.

It's basically a space trading game. You start off with a very basic ship, look for ports to make runs between, colonize planets, etc. There is a fairly detailed instruction set within the game if you get stuck or you can ask for help in the forums.

The To Do list stands at 90 items.

"Apparently, a company in Sweden is offering file-sharing insurance - they'll pay your fines if you're sued by the RIAA. The /. submitter translates the link as follows: 'For a mere 140 SEK ($19 USD) per year, they will pay all your fines and give you a t-shirt if you get convicted for file sharing.'"

A guy "snagged an Xbox 360 console from the Dave & Buster's ticket redemption center after racking up an amazing 85,000 tickets by regularly defeating skill games like Slide Master and Throttle Up over the course of several months."
