I found this video while looking for one for Lois Maxwell. I thought it was funny. From Dan Perrault and Matt Dahan of Double D Enterprises and Chocolate Cake City, makers of "Brokeback to the Future." (see more at chocolatecakecity.com)...
I loved watching this show way back when.

When the VMAs were good

So, we got to see Britney Spears as a "fatso".  She's had two kids now so she's probably gone past her skinny years.

Let's go back though to when the MTV Video Music Awards were good though.  We have Madonna performing Vogue live in 17th century French styled costumes. Remember that?
Even Osama Bin Laden complains about Apple's $100 credit that 's getting for his iPhone.

Grabbed from Irfan's blog. (I've done it before) Microsoft came out with Microsoft Surface, a way to interact with a computer built into a table top. Here's a parody created by SarcasticGamer.com of what you could do with that new technology.
avatar-the-last-airbender.jpgI've been watching/ listening to a number of different anime series over on stage6 while I try to do work. One of the shows I've been watching is Avatar: The Last Airbender. I really like this show so I decided to share with everybody. For a cartoon that was created for children, it's rather advanced with detailed plots that last over multiple episodes. I'll post more of them later on. I hope you enjoy them.

If you can't see the episode, you'll probably need the DivX player. You can grab it from here.

Description: Sokka and Katara, two teenage siblings living in the South Pole, discover Aang and his pet flying bison, Appa, trapped in an iceberg. After Katara accidentally frees him, Aang learns that he is the last surviving Airbender. Meanwhile, his unfreezing attracts the attention of the Fire Nation's Zuko.

Edit: Since Stage6 is shutting down, we've had to remove this video. :(

Reedit: Should be working again.
One of the complaints about the Harry Potter series is how the American versions of the books have been "dumped down" or "localized" for the typical American readers.

Gotta admit though that I don't think the books have been that reduced in quality, even though that have been Americanized. What would happen though if JK's editors had gone all out and made it for their American audience. Here's one version:

I feel old. :)

I actually remember watching this on Reading Rainbow. Actually got a kick out of the food being thrown into the trash.
Marge discovers why you should never google yourself

Sure, Rain gives you Sarah Jessica Parker's version of the Matrix. I like this one as well with Justin Timberlake. :)

edit: Can't believe I just said that I liked Timberlake in something....

reedit: Fixed 05/10/08.  Found an uncensored copy that doesn't have the audio mucked up.
